The Rosie
Owners could not afford to keep the property, and were about to convert it into a long term rental after having horrible STR management locally. They decided to give us a 4-month trial to turn it around, and ended up generating significantly more money, and a full calendar each month.
Stardust Cowboy
The Rattler was exactly as pictured. The beds were made with clean crisp linen which is wonderful! The home is older so it definitely makes old home noises but is so charming and well put together. The welcome binder is very thoughtful with recommendations
