Currently, we only list properties on our website that are part of our full-service management program. All full-service properties are included here at no additional charge. Please note, we do not accept separate Mid-Term or Short-Term rental clients—homes must be part of our existing clientele to be listed. If you’d like your property to be considered, please complete the form below.

Here are some frequently asked questions about our full-service program to help you get started:

HOW IT WORKS
  • Quality First: Your property must meet our standards to ensure it offers a great guest experience.
  • Free Listing: Once your property is approved, listing it on our platform is included in your management fee.
PAYMENT & MANAGEMENT
  • Fund Collection & Payouts: We collect all rental funds and disburse your earnings at the end of each month. You’ll receive a detailed owner’s statement along with an ACH deposit.
  • Guest Support: We act as the primary contact for tenants, handling any issues during their stay. Maintenance costs under $500 are managed and resolved by us and billed back to you. 
  • Supplies: We require specific supplies before check in, and then the guest maintains what they need for the duration of their stay.  
HOME SECURITY & CLEANING
  • Tenant Screening: Every tenant undergoes a thorough screening, including ID verification and a questionnaire. 
  • Tenants must agree to house rules, and failure to comply results in forfeiture of their deposit.
  • Deposit Structure: A $500 deposit is required, with $350 being refundable after checkout.
  • Deep Cleaning: After each stay, a deep clean is performed to prepare the property for the next guest. This service costs $300+ (TBD), is arranged by us, and will appear on your monthly statement.

HOW IT WORKS
  • Every property is reviewed by a real person before it goes live to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. You will be staying in a house we have personally walked, and approved for guests. 
PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
  • Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $50 applies if payment is not received by 5 PM on the due date.
  • A $500 deposit is required, with $350 refundable after checkout, pending inspection.
  • You’ll have access to a dedicated support email and text line for any issues that arise during your stay.
SUPPLIES
  • Starter supplies will be provided at check-in. Any additional supplies needed during your stay will be your responsibility to replenish.
TENANT SCREENING
  • All tenants must complete a screening process, which includes ID verification and a questionnaire. Tenants are required to agree to house rules, and deposits may be forfeited if rules are not followed.
BOOKING PROCESS
  • 1. Submit Your Application
  • 2. Receive Property Options : We’ll review your application and send you a list of available homes within your price range and dates 
  • 3. Secure Your Booking: Once you’ve chosen a property, we’ll collect the deposit and first month’s rent to finalize the reservation.
IMPORTANT NOTE
*We cannot hold dates for any party without a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, even if your plans change.
