- Are there costs involved as a guest? Being on the show completely free! We love featuring awesome hosts, vendors, tech experts, or anyone who can add value and inspiration to our community.
- How long should I plan for? The show is typically 30-45 minutes.
- What should I bring? I use an iPad for notes, headphones, and a microphone, but all you need is a computer or phone to record, and that's it!
- Where do we record? While we used to be in a studio, we now record from home via a Zoom-like platform, making it super easy and convenient for everyone!
- What should I wear? Currently, we're only using audio—though we do record video because we like to see your face! You’re welcome to dress in full business attire or stay comfy in pajamas. It’s totally up to you!
- Turnaround time from record to live? Our typical podcast turnaround time is 1-3 weeks, depending on the time of year. It could be a little longer or shorter.
- How should I prepare? It would be helpful if you came with a few questions or topics in mind. We'll prepare some questions too, and together we’ll dive into what we think our audience will find most valuable.

- Who can sponsor the show? We welcome amazing sponsors, vendors, technologies, or anyone who can bring value and inspiration to our community.
- What are the costs associated as a Sponsor? Sponsorship is available in quarterly packages. For 12 episodes, the cost is $300 for an entire quarter. Each sponsorship includes a 1.5-minute commercial per episode about your business and gives you exclusive rights as the only guest/promotion in your category.
- What sort of results can I expect? While we can’t guarantee specific results or provide precise tracking, our goal is that, through partnership with Hello and Welcome: The Podcast and our audience, you'll gain more clients and exposure for your services.
- Can I sponsor you as and individual? Absolutely! We offer ad placements on Instagram and Facebook to our entire audience. Please email us for a personalized quote.
